Since 1994, the German producer has been known for his tripping rhythms, dark spaces and eternal melancholy. A mainstay of Alec Empire’s Digital Hardcore Recordings label, that era of his career saw him opening for Radiohead for three surreal shows, leaving tens of thousands puzzled. He then withdrew from public performance, choosing to compose for other fields – such as theatre and dance – and release extreme electronic music by artists including Merzbow and Zbigniew Karkowski on his own record label Cross Fade Enter Tainment (CFET). 

While 2008 saw him resurface with his most complex and extensive work, the middle of the next decade saw him return to hypnotic jungle Beats with intense melodramatic atmospheres. The remastered reissue of his classic album If You’re into It, I‘m Out of It in early 2018 sold out quickly and was proof that even 20 years later his music is as relevant as ever. He has since released with labels such as AD93, Sneaker Social Club, and Midnight Shift, among others, and collaborated with the artists Antonina Nowacka (Teyas) and Wilted Woman (SUDS). His live performance promises to be as blistering as ever.
